Weight Loss Website

I have heard that this site can help you with weight loss. It looks really cool. The site is Sparkpeople, and the biggest way it works is just by making you mindful of what you are doing. It has nutrition and fitness trackers, and it makes it very easy to use. You can keep track of all the dietary info, such as how much calcium or sodium a certain food has. It has meal plans available, and you can search for certain foods- not just something like “soup” but “Campbell’s Chicken Noodle Soup”. Also, if you don’t have a nutritionist or trainer, it can figure out a meal plan and fitness routine for you. It will also tell you how many calories you need per day, etc.
It’s incredibly useful, and it works well with any diet plan out there that you may already be using. See, their philosophy is not to tell you how to lose the weight, but to help you track everything .

Best part- it’s completely free. No cost at all.

I can't wait to start TOMORROW with tracking what I eat! Hopefully this will help someone else!
